Oh! A question built for me!
My fitness goals are currently:
-Finish my upcoming 1/2 marathon in under 2 hours
-Finish my upcoming marathon in under 4:15
-Qualify for the Boston marathon before I am 35 (3:40)
-Learn to walk on my hands in capoeira
-Earn a green cord in capoeira
-Get my personal trainer's license
-Start my coaching business
What is helping me is that I have a crazy amount of drive and energy for fitness right now.
What is preventing me is that I can't get paid to train myself, I don't have the money to put out for the license or a gym membership to do all of the exercises, and I am short on time b/c I have to pay the bills. In capoeira, what is holding me back is that I have to focus on the running right now, but that's ok. I will get there with that.
